Furnifyit currently provides delivery services within the United Kingdom only and does not ship to countries or regions outside the UK
Shipping Coverage
Delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom including England Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland as well as UK island regions such as the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man
Shipping Fees
All order totals include the product price and applicable shipping costs
Customs duties VAT at twenty percent and related charges required under UK law are included in the product price with no additional or hidden fees
For orders with a total value between zero point zero one and one hundred fifty six point forty four pounds a shipping fee of seven point fifty four pounds applies
Orders with a total value equal to or above one hundred fifty six point forty five pounds qualify for free shipping
Order Processing Time
Business hours are from zero nine zero zero to eighteen zero zero Central European Time
Orders paid before eighteen zero zero are processed on the same business day
Orders placed after eighteen zero zero are processed on the next business day
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next business day
Order preparation usually takes one to three business days including order verification inventory confirmation packaging and shipment confirmation
Delivery Timeframe
Once the order is prepared and handed over to the carrier it enters the shipping stage
Standard delivery time is ten to fifteen business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination weather conditions or force majeure events

Delivery and Receipt Guidelines
Please inspect the package condition quantity and product appearance before signing for delivery
If items are missing damaged or packaging is abnormal please refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately while keeping relevant evidence such as photos
If the package is signed for by another person it is considered authorized by you and acceptance responsibility transfers accordingly
Additional shipping costs caused by failed delivery incorrect contact details or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the customer
Responsibility Statement
If goods are damaged or lost during transit we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and the final outcome will be based on the carrier investigation
If responsibility is confirmed to be with the carrier we will provide a reasonable solution such as reshipment or refund

Requests to modify delivery information or cancel an order must be submitted before eighteen zero zero Central European Time on the day of payment
Requests made after this time or once the order enters shipment preparation cannot be guaranteed and resulting losses are the responsibility of the customer
Please ensure that delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete
Delays misdelivery or loss caused by incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer
For delays or non delivery caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters war strikes traffic restrictions or logistics system failures we will assist and communicate progress but do not assume legal liability and losses will be reasonably allocated
Our responsibility is limited to delivering the goods safely to the designated address
After successful delivery the responsibility for storage and risk transfers to the customer and post delivery damage or loss is not our responsibility
