Furnifyit allows customers to request a return or exchange within forty five days from the date of delivery provided the request meets the conditions below

A return or exchange may be requested if the product has a quality issue such as functional failure or material defects
A return or exchange may be requested if the received product does not match the order details including model specifications or color
A return or exchange may be requested if the product is damaged or deformed during transportation
A return or exchange may be requested if accessories are missing or quantities are incomplete
A return or exchange may be requested if the product surface has scratches stains or other issues affecting appearance or normal use
A return or exchange may be requested if the product cannot be properly installed or used and the issue is not caused by improper operation
A return or exchange may be requested for other situations where the product cannot meet normal use requirements due to our responsibility
A return or exchange without reason may also be requested within forty five days after delivery provided the product remains suitable for resale

All requests are reviewed within one to three business days
If approved you will be notified using your provided contact details and receive the designated return address along with return instructions
Return Shipment
After receiving return approval please package the item securely and ship it to the provided address
Please retain the tracking number and shipping receipt for reference
Inspection and Resolution
Once the returned item is received we will inspect it promptly
If the condition matches the approved request we will proceed with a refund or ship the replacement item and inform you of the progress by email or phone
Refund Method and Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment card used at checkout such as Visa or MasterCard
Due to bank processing times refunds are generally completed within ten to fifteen business days

Exchange Shipping Information
After an exchange request is approved the replacement item will be shipped following the standard delivery process
Order preparation usually takes one to three business days including inventory confirmation packaging and shipment verification
Once shipped you will receive a notification email with order and carrier information
You may track the exchange order through our online store using the email or phone number used at checkout and the order number
Standard delivery time is ten to fifteen business days and delays will be communicated by email if they occur
Cost Responsibility
For returns or exchanges without reason the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues the return shipping cost will be covered by us
For exchanges the shipping cost of the replacement item will be covered by us
No additional handling or processing fees are charged other than return shipping costs for no reason returns
Responsibility Statement
If the return or exchange is due to product defects order mismatch or other issues caused by us we will assume responsibility and related costs
If damage or loss occurs during return shipping due to the carrier we will assist in communicating with the carrier to reduce your loss
