Shipping Information
We deliver within the United Kingdom including England Scotland Wales Northern Ireland and UK island regions
Delivery outside the UK is not supported
Orders with a total value between zero point zero one and one hundred fifty six point forty four pounds are subject to a shipping fee of seven point fifty four pounds
Orders equal to or above one hundred fifty six point forty five pounds qualify for free shipping
Business hours are from zero nine zero zero to eighteen zero zero Central European Time
Orders placed before eighteen zero zero are processed the same business day
Orders placed after eighteen zero zero or on holidays are processed the next business day
Order preparation usually takes one to three business days
Standard delivery time is ten to fifteen business days

Order Cancellation
Users may request order cancellation within forty eight hours after placing an order provided the order has not entered the shipping stage
Orders exceeding forty eight hours or already in shipment preparation cannot be cancelled directly
In such cases users may apply for a return and refund after delivery in accordance with the Return Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or phone with order number and payment proof
Requests are reviewed within one to three business days and approved cancellations will proceed to refund

Returns and Exchanges
Users may request a return or exchange within forty five days from the date of delivery including cases of product quality issues order mismatch or no reason returns
Requests must be submitted to customer service with relevant documentation
After approval the product must be returned to the designated address
Upon inspection a refund or exchange will be arranged
For no reason returns the return shipping cost is borne by the user
For quality related issues return shipping and replacement shipping costs are covered by us

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original Visa or MasterCard used for payment
Depending on bank processing times refunds are generally completed within ten to fifteen business days
