Refund Policy

Furnifyit complies with applicable UK laws and GDPR requirements and processes refunds only when the conditions below are met and approved to ensure legality transparency and fairness

Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested when an order cancellation request has been approved and the order meets the cancellation conditions as outlined in the Order Cancellation Policy
A refund may be requested when a return and refund request has been approved and the returned item meets the return and refund requirements as outlined in the Return and Exchange Policy

Refund Method and Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment card used at checkout and are supported only for Visa and MasterCard
Due to varying bank processing times refunds are generally completed within ten to fifteen business days
If the refund has not been received after this period please contact us for assistance

Refund Exception Handling
If a refund is delayed incorrect or fails you may contact us by email or phone and provide your order number payment confirmation and any refund related notifications for verification
After receiving your inquiry we will complete verification within one to three business days and inform you of the outcome using your provided contact details
If the refund issue is caused by external factors such as banking system errors or payment gateway disruptions we will assist in communicating with the relevant institutions and keep you informed of the progress

Responsibility Statement
If a refund delay incorrect amount or failure is caused by our internal review error operational mistake or other internal reasons we will take responsibility correct the issue promptly and provide a clear explanation
Refunds are processed strictly based on the approved amount and agreed method
If a refund cannot be completed due to incorrect expired or invalid payment information provided by the customer we will offer necessary assistance but cannot assume responsibility for resulting delays
If refund processing is affected by force majeure events including but not limited to banking system failures natural disasters or regulatory changes we will make reasonable efforts to assist and keep you informed without transferring additional responsibility to you
