Furnifyit allows customers to request an order cancellation within 48 hours after the order is placed, provided that the order has not entered the shipping or logistics process
If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already been prepared for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may contact us after delivery to request a return and refund according to our return policy
